Excellent option for us to stay while our Mum was in Auckland Hospital and for her to recuperate after discharge before travelling home. Very quiet. Easy access with lifts and basement carpark. Room decor a little tired but happy with full kitchen, washing macine etc. Very helpful staff. Would definitely stay again.

"Stayed here for a weekend staycation, our room was in the pinnacle tower and was very clean and spacious. Staff were very helpful, attentive and kind. If staying here I would recommend staying in a pinnacle tower room as the normal tower looked to be busy at all times of the day."
