Not sure if the rooftop bar always gets busy on the weekends or if it was just due to Halloween but the crowds were rowdy. It got a little chaotic and there was a lot of tension between outside (non-hotel guests) and security as I was trying to exist the hotel

Nothing like any Sofitel I knew in other cities and worse than few years ago when I visited here. Bed sheaths were unclean( stain on it!) and even though I took them off, they put them back again. Will not come back here.
