"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Impressive layout for the yard with the huge swing gate, allowed some to park behind while others were undercover by the shed. Neat inside and out. The deck was great but could benefit from a sunshade although we found the building provided areas of shade on the deck to be used productively during the day.We eat meals in while away because of the dogs so the galley kitchen took a bit to get used to but once we kicked the dogs out from under feet (my staffy likes to lie at my feet while I prep), we made it work. The lack of dishwasher began as a negative but forced the kids to be more involved, so I wasn't complaining about that.The rooms were lovely and comfortable, slept so well every night. Nothing worse than a holiday to rest and relax, when you can't sleep well.Was a little miffed by the fan and AC configuration. Decided that the idea might be to have the AC in the main area and front bedroom on together to cover all areas but was still puzzled why the two middle rooms were the only ones without fans.The weekend we stayed wasn't too hot, so it really didn't phase us in the end, but warmer days might become uncomfortable. Overall, we had a lovely time away and came home energized to tackle the summer stretch of work before Christmas.We always choose to stay in 'Accommodation on Yorkes' properties because they are well maintained and the girls at AOY are lovely."

"We had a beautiful time at Seaviews Balgowan. It's very well equipped, the entertainment area downstairs was amazing and the deck upstairs beautiful to sit and enjoy the views. Communication with Kate was excellent as well."

Reviewer Comments: Our stay was fabulous however, the aircon kept turning off which made the room my infant was staying to become hot overnight which was a concern as he isn't able to regulate his temperature yet. We managed to work around this by continuously turning it on during the night but it was frustrating. The house was clean but every now and then I would find balls of black curly hair from a previous guest.Also, one of the bean bags has a hole in it so little bean bag balls kept coming out."
