"Everything was good We had a shower drain. Clogged bathroom door didn't close And in the bar pool area i got stung by a bee At the end of the vacation we call the bell boy to pick up our luggage i tip $5.00 when he picked them an another $5.00 when he was supposed to put then in the taxi but he just walk away and left them for me to loan them I didn't get he's name but he has curly hair and was sent at around 10:45 to my room 2215 on 05/15/2026 But he was the only bad apple"

"Wonderful resort with great hospitality. Room service was prompt and professional. Our dining experiences at many of the restaurants were top notch. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. My only critique is there I noticed considerable trash on the beach. Nothing large and noticeable but if you pay attention there was a lot of small pieces of trash debris throughout the sand. Small pieces of plastic, bottle caps, etc. I did not choose this resort for the beach as it is a little rocky in general. Everything else about this resort is 5 stars! I would highly recommend hotel Mousai to anyone! "

"Beautiful property. Loved the two bedroom panoramic view suite with three bathrooms and it was the most comfortable suite we have stayed in. The beds were very comfortable and the staff were so courteous and helpful. The rooftop pool was so beautiful. The meal prices are comparable to USA prices or even more, but we had the all inclusive package which was totally worth it."

"This was our third visit and we LOVED our stay. We were in Saturno room and the bed was super comfortable and the room was immaculate. The staff is amazing. We enjoyed pool drinks and a delicious dinner at the restaurant. Breakfast was fantastic AND included in the stay. We will be back!"

"AC did not work but the fan worked. Some of the furniture was worn or broken. But overall, for Mexico, and especially Yelapa where there are limited amenities, it was fairly good. The staff were helpful, especially Ismar, who spoke some English. As my Spanish is poor I was grateful for that!"
