The room was clean, although musty smelling. There were no towels in our room upon arrival. Overall, the location of the hotel was breathtaking and the beach was pristine. Staff was very accommodating and pleasant. Only complaint is the pool closes at 7pm.

Right on the beach and has a pool with a bar. Staff is super friendly and welcoming. They offer spa services which is very nice if you’re a mom traveling w kiddos and wishing to relax. Loved being able to watch local surfers as well as visitors enjoying the waves.

The property and staff were fantastic. I've stayed at many different hotels in the area, and I was very impressed with how beautiful this one is. Karla and Alexendra at the front desk were super helpful and responsive. Sergio and Jose at the minibar were humble, attentive, and made quality drinks.

Recently stayed here and really enjoyed the condo unit, it was large, clean, and modern. What a gem in El Zonte! The unit also included a washer/dryer which helped us out and was a huge convenience after a busy week in El Salvador. We enjoyed being able to walk down to the pool and beach daily and the quick access to neighboring restaurants. Highly recommend and we will definitely plan on coming back!

Wave House was such a peaceful experience. It was great to enjoy having my own space to relax, cook and enjoy the great ocean views, as well as taste the amazing cocktails by the pool. Great place to surf with the main break just steps away.

Everything you need in your apartment, a full kitchen, and washer and dryer. Quiet and quaint location. Responsive and helpful staff. Stunning beach views. Great for short beach strolls and beautiful sunsets. Serious Pacific Ocean waves for wading, swimmers, and most definitely surfers. Eat at the Nantal restaurant next door.

Set the standard!

Amazing! New luxury stay option in El Zonte that exceeded my every expectation. The spacious room is fully equipped with everything you need for a short or long term stay: stocked bathroom with instant hot water and hairdryer and styling tool, washer and dryer, kitchen with fridge, stove, coffee maker, and dishes, dining area, dedicated living space, comfortable bed, and courtyard balcony with soft turf overlooking the pool and beach. The location has direct access to the beach and nestled between Puro Surf and Palo Verde. While there is no onsite restaurant, these neighboring hotels can deliver food on request. The mini bar by the pool offers drinks and juices. The rooftop has a birdseye view of the coastline and has the cold plunge and hot tub. There’s a small gym with dumbbells, wall ball, and yoga ball. Reception is decorated with contemporary art and has a tiny shop with jewelry, art, and local pottery. Staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful with every request. Will stay here again!

Our stay was perfect. Our room was a partial oceanfront and it was gorgeous. The room had everything you need: hot water, air conditioning, and the softest bed plus a full kitchen. The amenities were sweet too. We sat in the infinity pool all day watching the surfers and enjoying beverages. Best relaxing time in beautiful el zonte.

The apartment was wonderful. Beautiful view, comfortable beds, all that was needed for a restful surf vacation. This is our second trip staying at Wave house. The staff is so friendly and helpful and the property is situated in a perfect spot with excellent food/restaurants and surfing.
