"방은 넓고 거실도 딸려있고, 위치도 좋고, 욕실과 욕조도 넓었습니다. 다만 욕실에 청소가 안되어 머리카락이 많았습니다. (한두개면 이해하는데,,) 체크인도 직원분이 키오스크를 이용하라고 했는데 잘 안되어 몇번을 다시 하는동안 직원분이 보기만 하시다가 저희가 안된다고 하니 그제야 그냥 체크인 해주시더라고요. 호텔에서 물과 음료수도 제공해주고 주방 등 편의시설도 좋아서 관리만 잘 된다면 정말 좋은 호텔이라 아쉬웠습니다."

"The hotel building is a bit older, but it's clear the owner has thought a lot about guests' confort. Everything is very clean especially the linens. The interior has also been updated as well. The owner is very kind. We felt more comfortable here than in a 4 or 5 star hotel! I don't want to say any more good things because the hotel may become too busy and we might not be able to find a room next time."

"I stayed at the Grand Mercure Ambassador Hotel Changwon for a friend’s wedding and absolutely loved my experience. The hotel and rooms were clean, ambience was calm and the staff were professional. Don’t expect them all to speak English and there is no free breakfast on the day of your check out. Breakfast was buffet and gourmet, and I loved the bathroom amenities and toiletries— that bidet (finger taps). Enjoyed the wedding which was also held at the hotel. All in all a solid 8.5/10."
