The Beach House

  • The Beach House offers a cozy, coastal getaway right here in Trenton, MO. With accommodations for up to 6 guests, the Beach House would make a great destination for solo adventurers, business travelers, couples seeking a romantic getaway or a family fun vacation!

    This property includes 2 private bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and a living area furnished with a full-size sleeper sofa and provided linens. The Beach House comes equipped with a full kitchen including appliances, cooking utensils, and a place setting for 6 as well as a smart TV, and Wi-fi. Each of the cottages have a full bathroom furnished with towels, washcloths, a hairdryer, and a complimentary toiletry kit. Facing the south, you’ll be able to enjoy both the sunrise and sunset from your private porch. Parking is 24/7 accessibility in the drive out front of your respective cottage.

    If you are needing an early check-in or late check-out, please let us know in advance. Early check-in from 1:00 PM and late check-out until 1:00 PM may be available upon request and are subject to availability. A $25 fee may apply for either request, and approval is required from K4C Premier Cottages.

    We are a pet free and smoke free facility. 

    As local owners, we are available as needed for our guests and are glad to give recommendations on area attractions or restaurants. Welcome to the K4C Family!

Beach House

Our little house was tastefully decorated, very clean, and comfortable. The checkin/check out process was easy. Host was very quick with responses and thought of everything to make our stay more enjoyable (water, coffee, snacks, cute travel mug).
