"The Cedar Cabin was exactly what we were looking for. Property is rustic in appearance but all the amenities you need. It overlooks the Ohio River which is a nice addition. Staff is super friendly and accommodating. This is sport second time staying here and we will return."

"We had a wonderful stay! The cabin is so clean and easy especially for just 2 of us. The hot tub was really nice after a long day of hiking! The host Grace was incredible and was easy to get ahold of if we needed anything! We would love to stay here again soon! "

"Cabin was clean and pretty much secluded. Far enough away from the other rentals so that we weren't bothered. Really enjoyed the quietness and privacy. Would definitely stay again."

"The only factor that saved the review from a 1-star was the staff members. Everyone was friendly and provided top notch customer service. However the rooms are very poorly designed, have many features that seem old/outdated, and some areas seem very dirty as well. I reserved a room with a king bed through Expedia and was originally given a room with two double beds for my spouse and me. The front desk was very accommodating and changed it to a king bed right away upon showing them the receipt for a king room. Both rooms had the same side furniture. The desk with dressers to each side right below the TV and in front of the bed(s) left very little room for a walkway, especially with the desk chair left under the desk. Additionally, the only seats in the room were a bench and the desk chair. I can't imagine that the bench is comfortable for anyone to utilize as a seating area. Additionally, the fridge in the room was tiny and very old. It did not have any shelves left in it and it froze the few food items able to fit in it. Finally, the showerhead in the bathroom leaked and constantly dripped. It also looked as if the toilet plumbing had issues and/or there were bodily fluid stains on the wall of wallpaper behind/above the toilet. Furthermore, the outlet covers in the bathroom were not flush with the wall and seemed like they were coming apart. Counterspace and a place to hang towels in the bathrooms could also be better. Also, the door to the bathroom was glass...bright lights!"
"The property is very clean and the staff were so friendly. There is an indoor outdoor pool that looked great. The gym was clean and had proper working equipment. There was plenty of food available and coffee 24hrs. The restaurant and bar on property was convenient with great pizza. The walking distance to the Arena district was ideal. "

"The shuttle was good. The room was decent with a nice bathroom. The problem was the internet. It was unusable all night and morning too. I needed to get things done on my laptop and the signal was too weak. That ruined the stay for me and I left early so I could go somewhere else to get work done. Not ever going back"
"Great for a quick stay! Free breakfast was a sandwich and a coffee which was awesome. Bed was not the most comfortable but it wasn’t bad! Would stay here again. "
"Staff was super friendly, breakfast was perfect. The shade for my window fell off when I tried to raise it the next day. It wasn't back on that night so I just draped it over the rod and it was fine"
