Not even towel hooks or toilet paper roll hooks. Hotel did not provide shampoo or shower body wash either, so I had to place all my soaps ..."

"The staff were all so nice and helpful. Breakfast buffet was great. Rooms a bit outdated but clean. Best thing was the hotel brought our bags to the train station after our trip to Machu Picchu so we did not have to go back to the hotel and pick them on our way out of Aguas Calientes."
