Hotels around the World should take lessons of this hotel regarding client service. Outstanding value for money, absolutely the place to stay when in Lumbini
ha sido una muy buena experiencia, el hotel está precioso, fui y tomé un masaje el cual estuvo increíble, lo único que podría decir que no están de 10 es que está un poco retirado de el centro de Lumbini, pero aún así vale la pena completamente
This was a much needed retreat from a month of traveling around Nepal. The service at Tiger Palace was outstanding and the breakfast buffet delicious. The hotel was a bit further than Lumbini than We anticipated (one hour) but since we only went there one day it was manageable.
We really enjoyed the well manicured pool.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Only thing wrong was the fact that the pool was not in service. It was 40 degrees outside and the hotel was chosen for that reason. I checked out 1 day earlier as it defeated the purpose
The hotel needs to evolve as more customer friendly. I had asked for a chair bring disabled for bath which was not made available. They had chairs but intent on Customer delight is generally missing at all levels and places including casino. They would direct redirect instead of teaching casino games. The restaurant has limited food choices and napkins have to be of cloth in fine dining since they refer themselves to be 5 star. The package inclusions/ discounts like gym steam spa casino card etc are not told while checking in. Nice developing property.
every thing and every experience was wonderful, Certainly we wish to go again.

nice property
a good property but reaching there is a bit of hassle due to long ques at the sonauli border.
nice casino though no dress code due to which some unwanted guests i already advised them to put some restrictions otherwise the resort will loose its charm very soon
Stay is Perfect if you are going with family for a resort experience.. it has all the facilities.. but the casino sucks.. its service is very poor.. u will face a lot of struggle to get a meal inside casino..
If you are going for resort experience then it is good as it has most of the amenities that a resort has to offer and service is good, but if you are going for Casino experience then it's services are very very bad..they only respect high rollers who has more than 10lac or so to gamble. Waiters outrightly refuse to serve you even a simple drink unless and until you are playing on a big table. They will humiliate you on every order. Even lunch and dinner are served based on your turnover in gambling. In my opinion Casinos in Kathmandu is much much better than this.
I was pleasantly surprised after seeing such a fabulous property in Bhairawa. Nice bring rooms. Overall a very good property and has a feel of holiday resort where you can take your family.
