"Great location to access the Wilson Center, downtown and the river walk. The restaurant Sugo was phenomenal! Great food and service. Every hotel employee I spoke with was nice. It seems like the staff enjoy their jobs. "
"I LOVED my stay here. I was in town for a concert, but also wanted to walk around downtown and visit the beach. This was a perfect location. The check-in process was easy and the directions were clear. Additionally, it was easy to get in touch with staff to ask questions. The home was beautiful. I loved my room, it was just what I needed with thoughtful touches and lots of natural sunlight streaming through the windows. The grounds were nice and there was a porch with seating and a hammock. The breakfast was really good - I especially liked the mochi waffle and the scrambled egg with bell pepper. I absolutely want to stay here again when I’m in Wilmington. "

"My husband and I traveled with our two children to Wilmington for 5 days. This property was a perfect location within walking distance to everything including the restaurants, riverwalk and children’s museum. The home is old but kept up with well. We needed more towels when we arrived and Steve answered immediately and had them delivered along with water, milk, and paper products within an hour. Parking was great off the street and partially covered. Entry to unit was simple. We couldn’t figure out how to turn on any of the overhead lights but there were enough lamps that worked fine. The only thing I would add would be access to a washer and dryer since we had children and after 5 days walking in the heat, we collected quite a bit of dirty laundry :) but I knew that when booking the property. "

"We loved our weekend stay. We found an amazing restaurant at the end of the block. There were a lot of bars at the other end. The bed was super comfortable. There were a lot of stairs which was specified in the listing. The biggest downfall was the parking. There was nothing listed before booking about no parking so that was a surprise, however in the email the property manager sent prior to arrival it did let us know where free street parking was located about 5 blocks away. We ended up spending a pretty penny on parking alone. Overall everything was very nice."
"This place was perfect—clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The location was great, and the host was super friendly and helpful. The place is waterfront and walking distance to everything. Communication with owners was fast and professional. The smoke alarm started chirping late one evening, they had a maintenance man there first the next day, who was also nice and professional. Would definitely stay again!"
