I was staying there on an important business trip staying in one of the newly remodeled rooms.
There was an electrical short - which meant that the bright light next to the bed was flashing on and off every few minutes—even when the panel was set to ‘all lights off’ After trying to sleep for hours I went downstairs only to find the night shift front desk guys had no clue and there was no maintenance person available.
Eventually I was able to switch rooms by packing all my things and moving in the middle of the night. But I got no sleep and had to give an important presentation in the morning ;(
In the end the manager comp’ed the room for the night but I definitely would not stay there again.
