"部屋からの景色は素晴らしい。ただ、この時期は暖房しか使えず、外の気温が17度前後でも日差しが入ると室温はかなり高くなり、エアコンが使えないのはかなり厳しい。私達は窓を開け、部屋のドアまで開けたがそれでも部屋の中は暑くて、そこがかなり残念。"

"ロケーションは完璧です。 館山駅徒歩6分・海水浴場から徒歩2分・最寄りのコンビニ徒歩1分。 少し歩けばイオンもあります。 そして、リビングからは海も見えます。 私たちは車がありませんでしたが、 東京から高速バスで来て、何不自由なく過ごすことが出来ました。 館山駅のレンタサイクルを利用すれば、 海水浴、海鮮、寿司、グルメ、市場、バーベキュー、磯探索、沖ノ島とたくさんの場所でいろいろ楽しむ事がきます。 ホテルや旅館などのように食事はありませんが、歩ける範囲でもたくさんの飲食店がありますし、タクシーなど利用すれば困ることはありません。"
