Mucho que mejorar si es que se quieren mantener como hotel, es mas un motel y la verdad mucho que mejorar en servicio al cliente, las personas ya sabian que no servia el minisplit y aun asi me dieron la habitacion sin hacermelo saber antes del pago, y cuando les reclamo me dicen a es que esa habitacion no fundiona el minisplit ya que esta en mantenimiento, de hecho no sabemos porque les dieron la habitacion, las habitaciones sucias, toallas no disponibles y cuando me las entregaron estaban sucias y en malas condiciones antihigienicas, no tienen secadora de cabello, sale pura agua fria, la peor experiencia en mi vida, solo porque ya no encontre nada en otro lugar porque estaba todo lleno por un evento en la ciudad y venia manejando 10 hrs para llegar a Chihuahua y llegue cansado pero no me dieron opciones para resolver esa situacion

Las fotos publicadas no son reales incluso lo que se ve ahí como comedor no existe, llegas y te dan una habitación sucia donde ya el espejo no refleja de lo manchado y viejo que esta, la cama con manchas en el edredón y cabellos oliendo a cigarro fuertísimo.. reclamas en la recepción y te dicen que si quieres que te cambien de habitación a una un poco mejor tienes que pagar extra o cancelar en Expedia es decir tienes que esperar respuesta y varios dias para algún reembolso y te dicen no será completo.. este hotel es pésimo y deteriorado pague el cambio de habitación para que al menos que oliera menos a cigarro el agua caliente es con regadera eléctrica que por cierto da toques. Mal no debería estar publicado en esta página es un fraude este hotel.

Es de 3 estrellas no te esperaba mas de eso, como fui de paso si me funciono, el clima si funciona bien, la camada comoda y limpia, pisos sucios pero bueno asi es toda la ciudad llena de polvo, se batallo con el agua caliente, bomba del agua sonando toda la noche.
