The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was great. Overall great location with lots of places to visit. The room was nice and clean. Great stay, for our family of four. Would come again!

No real issues, but we only had 1 towel in the bathroom for after our showers, also the coffee maker looked like it needed dusting and there was only 1 cup for the coffee, our room was a King Size standard so is expected to have 2 people.

Best choice in Chihuahua
The hotel is in mint condition and at the best location possible. There's all kinds of restaurants, bars, movie theaters and a mall close by. The hotel is very comfortable and its personnel very friendly and helpful. Couldn't have chosen a better option for our stay.

Book smoking rooms by mistake so I called the hotel and told them to change that to a non-smoking and they approve that so when I showed up the change were not made so I did not stay there , I am totally allergic to smoking . J W . I request a refund .

I selected this hotel since I was traveling with kids and wanted to relax at the pool. When I got to the hotel they told me that the pool was only accesible with reservation and with limited people which I understand, but no mention of this restriction was written in the Hotels.com.com page. Luckily I was able to reserve it, but imagine you go there for the pool and unable to use it.
