"Fantastic "

"The hotel was very expensive for what it was. The rooms were nice but in need of some modernisation, especially the bathrooms. It also irked me that all of the decent facilities were in the sister hotel which we’d have rather stayed at. The staff were all lovely but some of the information we were given turned out to be wrong and when we had an issue with a private taxi they had booked for us they weren’t helpful at all. The also didn’t tell us that there would be works going on during our stay which included the table and chairs being removed from the lobby and the carpet being covered! "

"Because of the weather I tried to cancel my reservation for Jan 28 2026. The Hotel denied my request, and Hotels.com didn't help. The route was impossible to use because an historic snow storm, so it was impossible to arrive to Tirano. I just lost U$S 180; the Hotel now have my review and Hotels.com just lost a 20 year customer."
