"My host in Spoleto was very helpful. She met me at the train station and drove me to the apartment. Part of my luggage was lost at the airport in Rome and Antonia helped me recover by taking me shopping for replacements that I needed. My suitcase did turn up six days later thanks to Antonia's continued help and concern. The apartment is well furnished and comfortable and is located very near Piazza Mercato, the center of Spoleto.I had a great time exploring the town and visiting nearby places in Umbria."

"Spacious clean apartment with nicely equipped modern kitchen and bath. Terrace was icing on the cake for morning coffee and afternoon sunsets. Steps away from Piazza Mercato, so convenient yet quiet. Easy to take escalator from Posterna to Piazza Mercato, 3 minute walk to apt. Host is very helpful, even picked us up when stranded at the grocery shop. Lovely stay! Up 2 flights of stairs, so be aware."

"Palazzo Leti is in an amazing location, with views that can't be beat. The staff are super nice. The vibe is old world elegance, but not pretentious, just comfortable. We last visited 20 years previously and it hadn't changed much, even though things had obviously been renovated and updated over the years. The only downside is how difficult it is to get to it through the Zona a Traffico Limitato and the very narrow streets. Highly recommended."

"This is an immaculate, beautiful and very spacious property, with wonderful character and impressive decor. It is well laid out and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The air conditioning in the upper kitchen and bedroom was effective, while the lower bedroom remained naturally cool and didn’t require it. We especially enjoyed spending time on the patio—it was a lovely spot to relax with tea or a drink in the afternoons and evenings, smell the jasmine and watch the birds wheeling overhead. It is centrally located in the centre of this historic town, and an easy walk to the excellent restaurants and shops of Spoleto. One of the most outstanding meals we had during our entire trip was at Il Tempo del Gusto, which is very close to the property."
