"The place was amazing! Check in process smooth with lockbox. I got a video on how to get into the building, so its impossible to miss it. Had shampoo, bodywash, hand soap, everything you need. Very clean, two bathrooms, quiet. Upstairs bedroom was beautiful, Milan Retreats are very responsive, reply almost right away. Two balcony views, view is over a park, 5 minutes from shops, restaurants, 8 minute walk to metro. Peaceful area, absolutely no complaints and would HIGHLY recommend. Smelled...

"I would not rate this hotel as 3 stars. It has the feel of a dorm. In the hallways there is a strong smell of old and disinfectant, the bath was OK. They offer an overpriced breakfast, much better to go to any of the cafés closeby. The front desk people were very helpful."

The staff was excellent and easy to communicate with, they provided some really nice extras to make the stay great.
