Pet-friendly and equipped with WiFi, it's the perfect base for families or friends exploring the Dolomites and Lake Santa Croce region. The ground floor features a welcoming entrance, a large kitchen with fireplace, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, and more, ideal for cooking shared meals. The cozy living/dining room includes a TV and a comfortable seating area, with an additional dining room for larger gatherings. On the first floor, you'll find three restful bedrooms (two with double beds and one with a single), two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower, and a lovely hall with seating and access to a balcony or terrace. A washing machine, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board add to the convenience. Enjoy the outdoor space with a private garden, sun loungers, parasol, and barbecue. A camping cot and high chair are available for families with young children, and on-site parking makes arrival easy. Located just 20 meters from the center, with restaurants, cafes, and a bus stop nearby, you're also within easy reach of ski slopes, hiking trails, and Lake Santa Croce. This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.
