For many years, holidaymakers have been spending the best time of the year with us in Schützing. A holiday at the Kirchmaier Farm means relaxation surrounded by the nature of idyllic Chiemgau, with a direct view of Lake Chiemsee and the mountains. At the same time, our farm is a family-run agricultural business that offers plenty of adventures on the farm and with our various animals—especially for our younger guests. Whatever we take on, we do with passion: That’s why we’re currently expanding our holiday farm and setting up new luxury holiday apartments and double rooms, a wellness area with three saunas and a relaxation room, and a cosy farm café for our guests. We’d love to share the unique location of our farm—right on the shores of Lake Chiemsee—with our guests. With 60 m² of living space, there’s plenty of room for up to 4 people to relax, enjoy life, and spend time together during your well-deserved holiday. The tasteful, color-coordinated furnishings of the holiday apartment, combined with the high-quality real wood finishes, create a special sense of harmony. The stylishly designed living and dining area invites you to unwind. The modern bathroom offers a completely relaxing atmosphere with its floor-level rain shower and heated towel rack. Amenities: 60 m² of living space on the 1st and 2nd floors; living area with a cosy sofa; dining area with a bench and chairs; 1 bedroom with a double bed; 1 children’s bedroom with a single bed and a bunk bed; 1 bathroom with a walk-in, floor-level rain shower, toilet, hair dryer, heated towel rack, and makeup mirror; closet; fully equipped kitchen with electric stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pod machine, electric kettle, and toaster.
