The holiday apartment Parzinger, which boasts a fantastic mountain view, lies in a tranquil location close to the beautiful Chiemsee. The 65 m2, lovingly decorated apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed (for one person), a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, one bedroom with double bed, a small sleeping corner equipped with a mattress (for one person) and one bathroom. The property can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, a washing machine as well as satellite television. A dryer and an iron can also be provided upon request. Offering a baby cot, a highchair as well as board games, this apartment is particularly child friendly. In the basement of the house, you will find a sauna for optimal relaxation as well as gym equipment. Enjoy a delicious breakfast on your private balcony while you admire the magnificent mountains and colourful, lush garden. In the evening, prepare a tasty meal in the modern kitchen and dine in the fresh air. For ski enthusiasts, the Wolfsberg ski lift lies only 22.4 km away and can be reached in 22 minutes driving. The wonderful Strandbad Chieming beach is also 5.5 km away (7-minute drive), where you can swim in the clear, blue water and unwind in the sun. Beach volleyball and table tennis facilities are also available.

Der Urlaub war sehr schön, leider zu kurz.
Pros: Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön und hatte wirklich alles was man für einen schönen Aufenthalt braucht !! Wir hatten spontan einen Gast mehr für eine Nacht, sie wurde super und problemlos aufgenommen, wirklich toll!! Besonders gut hat uns gefallen, das der Balkon groß genug war um dort zu essen.
Cons: Nicht gefallen ist übertrieben, es wäre für uns gut gewesen zu wissen, das es dort auch Pferde gibt. (Allergie)

Pros: Es hat alles gepasst. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. In den anderen Bewertungen ist schon alles geschrieben. Die Kritik, dass die Matrazen zu weich seien kann ich überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen (DG-Whg.). Der Brötchenservice ist der Knaller. Man kann ganz entspannt den Tag beginnen. Auch die Bereitstellung von Getränken für ein kleines Geld empfanden wir als sehr hilfreich. Wir haben ganz bewusst die Lage etwas weiter weg vom See gewählt was überhaupt kein Nachteil war. Von uns ein Dankeschön an die freundliche und liebenswerte Familie Parzinger.

ein schöner und erholsamer Urlaub im Chiemgau, den man gerne wiederholen möchte.
Pros: Das Vermieterehepaar Parzinger ist überaus herzlich, zuvorkommend, unkompliziert, tierlieb und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns als Gäste gut aufgehoben und sehr wohl gefühlt - der Hund auch.
Für diesen Urlaub haben wir die richtige Wahl getroffen.
Die Wohnung selbst übertraf unsere Erwartungen in allen Belangen - eine sehr gute Ausstattung und Einrichtung, die nichts vermissen ließ. Ob Küche, Bad, Essbereich, Wohn- und Schlafzimmer, es gab nichts zu bemängeln. Ein überdachter Süd-Balkon mit wunderschönem Ausblick auf die Berge runden das Wohlfühlgefühl ab. Auch der Brötchen- und Getränkeservice ist vorzüglich.
Mit dem Auto oder Rad sind die touristischen Ausflugsziele (Berge, Seen, Städte etc.) oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sehr schnell und gut zu erreichen.
Sehr tolle Vermieter mit einer sehr schönen Unterkunft in einer tollen Umgebung, wo man sich entspannen, erholen und die Seele baumeln lassen kann - wir kommen gerne wieder.
