  • The cosy, newly renovated "Thea" holiday rental is located on a quiet side street in the town of Chieming on Lake Chiemsee. Shops for daily necessities (supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, etc.) are within a 10-minute walk, and Lake Chiemsee is about a 15-minute walk away.
    The ground-floor holiday apartment, which accommodates 2 to 4 guests seeking relaxation (double bed, sleeper sofa, additional travel cot for children available upon request), is accessed via two steps. In addition to a dining area in the fully equipped kitchen, it features a partially shaded terrace with seating. The living room includes a comfortable armchair and a cosy couch that can be converted into a sleeper sofa (2.05 m long).
    The holiday rental includes a bathroom with a shower, a separate toilet with a sink, and 2 parking spaces directly in front of the house. This makes your holiday rental an ideal starting point for exploring the beauty of Lake Chiemsee, for biking or hiking tours, or for trips to Salzburg, which is only about 30 minutes away.
