"Convenient location with an extremely helpful and friendly staff. The room was very clean - especially the linens and towels. They were super soft and possibly brand new. Would definitely stay here again."

"Other guests in the hotel were noisy. running up and down the hallways, slamming doors, loud talking at 5am. I needed an extension for 2 additional days. I was told to make a reservation for the 2 days. Made the reservation only to be told that I couldn't get the room for the 2 additional days, so I was charged a reservation fee. I ended up checking out early to find a different hotel."

"I reserved my rooms months in advance, 2 adjoining rooms with 2 queen beds each. Upon check-in, the two very unfriendly desk staff members, did not seem to care when they only had one room on my reservation. Even after I showed them proof of my reservation, they did not care and did not apologize. They blamed it on hotels.com. Ultimately, I ended up with two rooms on separate floors, which was a huge disappointment since I had to be separated from my family members. The room also had many dead bugs throughout. One the other hand, the woman that set up and managed the breakfast, was wonderful! She was the best part of our stay! Very friendly and attentive."

"Old historic property. Walls are very thin (at least in my room) and we could hear the girls next door giggling and carrying in and then thier alarm in the morning at 6am which woke us up. Staff is very friendly and nice. Bed was comfortable. Also, parking is not free as stated in thier website. It is $11 a day."
