"Lovely greeting by staff, clean, well proportioned rooms, nicely decorated room, bathroom good. Parts of the building could do with a freshen up but right on the seafront, near town, shops, restaurants. Didn’t try the food but attentive bar staff made my drink how i wanted it."

"Nice room, think I got a better one than I booked ( booked a bronze single) but I had a double bed. Nice big towels. Could have done with more toilet roll! Had a fan in room. Good location. There’s parking but I didn’t use it. Breakfast was actually good. Super busy at 8am on a Monday though!"

"great location for exploring . had all we needed in cottage shower bed wc. kitchen. its compact. but great for 2 people who only want to sleep shower. and do breakfast and snacks. the beach is 150 yards away . shop 200 yards, pub 100 yards all you need. john the owner lives nearby. and is a lovely ..."

"Downstairs and bedrooms were good, bathroom needed some attention with mould around tiles and tap area. The house was on a very busy main road with no footpath, it was dangerous getting in and out of the property."
