"A very clean and comfy stay the night before our flight"

"I received a phone call from reception that We were supposed to check out on a day in the middle of our stay. When I pointed out we had 4 more days reserved, I was told we had to switch rooms in order to stay. On top of that they didn’t have a room for us to check into, so we would have to checkout and then check into later in the day. Eventually we got a room and I moved our belongings. Also there were college grads partying all night keeping us awake. We call front desk, they went to talk to them, didn’t help. Front desk told me they couldn’t do anything about it. Had a sleepless night. Sink and tub drain were slow, wound up standing in water while showering. TV didn’t work. My son’s room had a leaky toilet. NEVER use this hotel again. Front desk folks were polite but ineffective."

"The place was dirty, smells bad and when I told the front desk person told me they will send someone to clean the room they never did"

"Run as far as you can from this place. Rooms are filthy. It’s unreal how they can let a place be this rundown. Even the bar soap is re used, hair everywhere, mold and stains on sheets. Outside they were dealing drugs all night."

"Clean room and quiet. Conveniently located. But I never got my 3 am wake up call I was promised. Fortunately I had an alarm but I also count on these calls to get me up. "

"The breakfast bar was nearly EMPTY at 815am. It was advertised from 6 to 10. I asked if they would provide more eggs, sausage and muffins and the staff said no. Thsre was ONE piece of toast, 2 bagels and 5 muffins left for us. "

I plugged in the air conditioner and the outlet started to smoke Got a new room, should have gotten a different hotel Next room. Air conditioner couldn't be adjusted, the knob was broken. Turned on the microwave and blew a fuse. Tv wouldn't work"
