Lovely stay at Vinci Hotel
Had a wonderful time at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and well maintained and with a lovely balcony. The pool area was also nice and there were always sun beds available. The buffet was exceptional and we enjoyed the wide variety of choices every day. Will definitely be back!

The biggest dissapointmemt was the wifi that never was available to our rooms not even to where the reception was that was very poor,we told the receptionist but said we are looking it so they knew of this.

Very nice
Went for a couple of nights for a beach break, not quite on the beach but a very short walk and found this place fantastic for what we needed. Very clean with good friendly staff and very good value would highly recommend.

Family stay, not the best anymore!
Hotel has gone downhill since last visit 4 years ago, problems in bathroom reported to reception, guy came to fix next day, ignored one problem and made the other worse, had to go back to reception again next day, Wifi worse than useless and no wired internet. Spa is expensive. Breakfast good although hot food cold!

Large rooms and terrase facing to the swimming pool was great for family trip with small kids. Breakfast was good but some time long waiting time for egg station. Clean and nice place. One negative point is no facility for coffee in the room. All others were good!

Nice Hotel and the housecleaning staff were very polite and happy. However, the hotel reception staff appeared unhappy and were reluctant to help when asked for information. A happier and more welcoming atmosphere would help project the image of the hotel.

Good to be back after a couple of years!
Have been going to this hotel for a while now, but its been a couple of years since our last visit. Didn't disappoint, its good to see the same staff, that says a lot about a hotel and the quality of the people they employ. Minor things to note, they have an "adults only" pool, however the adults at the main pool were so noisy on the Saturday I don't think its fair when families like ours are looking for some peace and quiet! People playing music through their mobile phones, without earphones, so annoying and disrespectful and whilst not an issue at this tie of year, watch out for the towels reserving sunbeds. It says its not allowed but its just ignored. Be aware many local restaurant are closed during the Autumn/Winter, our favourite place was!

Nice stay
We had a nice stay, it's a nice resort, great rooms and relaxing pool area. Just a few things we noticed, the kids pool was quite dirty and there is no food after 11pm, an inconvinience for us since we checked in around that time. On our check out we had an uncomfortable situation, we were told we had charges for one breakfast buffet and another charge at the pool. It was not us, it just happened that someone gave out our room number. We never received an apology and it made us uncomfortable. Overall it was a nice stay, I just hope better customer service next time.

First time at Vincci Costa Gold
Good family break, with the beach close by. The buffet service in the hotel is excellent. I highly recommend the hotel and would visit again. The children's mini club is good, but I think it can so much better. It needs more entertainment and activities.

Nice hotel, good rooms and views
The room was nice, spacious, and had nice views of the golf course. I've stayed other times and you can also get a nice view of the pool. Another very nice feature are the noise insulated rooms! My only complaint is that the bed is not the softest or most comfortable, but, it is good enough to sleep in for a few nights. Overall this hotel is very well located, has nice rooms, and is worth the price. I recommend it.

Hotel is satisfactory but not exceptional due to service. Service could easily be improved though - at pool restaurant for lunch - with only 2 other tables of diners who'd already been served - we sat for 20 minutes waiting to be served. Finally had to go and ask one of three staff to take our order. And for all subsequent drinks had to get up from table and go to bar to ask for service again.

Great hotel- spa expensive
We really enjoyed our stay here as the hotel itself was really good value for money. Some of the staff could have been friendlier on reception but that was the exception and not the rule. A disappointment was the Spa. We live in Marbella so used to the prices but for it to be more expensive here than in Marbella seemed strange. We ended up going to the Hammam Spa down the road instead as better value. Other than that we had a great stay.

Not Worth It
A good place to stay if you want programmed days for your kids. The rooms were old, walls were cracking. The sofa had TONS of sand on it. The pool is nice just jam packed. Breakfast and Dinner were total disappointments for a hotel with this rating. Some hotels have a rating because they have all of the requirements but poor versions of them, this is one of those hotels. We went into the spa and only 2/3 of the machines were working. We will never stay there again.

Overall not very impressed,charged 10e a night for parking when its supposed to be free,the only free parking available is on street which is almost impossible due number of surrounding hotels with similar parking charges.Also no golf onsite apart from a joke of an overgrown puttimg green with 3 holes and no flags,even my 10 year old son thought it was a joke.There is a golf course nearby but we didnt see anyone playing on it so its most likely very overpriced like the majority of spanish golf. Nice breakfast.I wouldnt bother to revisit.

Vincci hotel value whatever your needs
Super hotel with friendly staff and well situated. Accommodation good and pool areas very family friendly but surrounds could do with attention/updating. Gym was well situated but equipment was limited and spa was good too so ideal for family or couples break. Good golf courses very close by and easy walk to good beach areas or nature reserve.

The hotel rooms are quite modern for Andalusia standards - flat screen televisions, nice bathrooms, etc. The curtains are a bit dreary and the whole outside of the hotel needs to be plastered and painted. Paint is peeling off in some parts and the colour is a bit bland. The inside restaurant, outside restaurant seating area and the pool areas are very nice, though. The pool is lovely. The dinner buffet was very decent. The breakfast buffet was not so good. The hot food was sitting in a lot of grease. The fresh pineapple at dinner but tinned pineapple at breakfast was strange. We didn't try the lunch buffet. Staff was very friendly and attentive. The beds were comfy and there was no noise at night. All in all a pleasant stay.

Great hotel, lovely relaxed setting. Buffet restaurant excellent and service very good. Sort walk to the beach, which has a few restaurants around, not as good as the hotel, but fine for a snack. Great location, and good swimming pools (both indoors and outdoors).

HOTEL TURNS OFF A/C ON A SCHEDULE...BE AWARE!!!
Hotel turns off the A/C for all Units from 02:00AM to 7:00AM, when I asked them turn it back on, they told me they couldn't do it as it was programmed that way. They even suggested to open the windows on the room. STAY FROM THIS HOTEL!!! They should be downgraded to 1 start, this is definitively not a 4 start hotel

Not what I expected at Vincci
The Vincci Resort Costa Golf at Sancti Petri failed to meet my expectations, given several stays at high-quality Vincci hotels before. The rooms/apartments are quite nice, but cheaply furnished. The hotel caters mainly to tour groups, and the buffet (at breakfast and dinner) was of rather poor quality. Also, the hotel is not even close to the Santi Petri golf course.

Overall good
Nice, clean rooms with direct access to outdoor pool area. Indoor pool clean but small. Breakfast was very fresh with plentiful selection. Insufficient parking for full hotel. Long walk to room. Hotel is near beach but not on it; within 1 km drive to beachside restaurants but a 15 minute drive to the center of Chiclana. Overall good value for features/location.
