Country House 'La Solana - Families Only' with Private Pool, Terrace, and Wi-Fi

La Solana country house is located in Chiclana de la Frontera and is perfect for a unique holiday with your loved ones. The 110 m² property features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace, smart TV with streaming services, fan, and washing machine. Please note there is no air conditioning, but ceiling fans are provided in all rooms.



The house offers a private outdoor area with a pool, garden, covered and open terraces, barbecue, and outdoor shower. There is also an adjacent apartment with a sofa bed and private bathroom.



If you wish to check out later than the standard time, you may request it from the hosts, subject to availability, and it is available for an extra fee. Up to 2 pets are allowed.



Only guests over 25 years old are admitted, with prior approval, as the property is exclusively for families. Security cameras are installed outside and are only active when the house is unoccupied.



Smoking and events are not permitted. Two bicycles are provided. There is parking for motorcycles and bicycles. Water-saving systems are installed. Water is supplied from a natural well rich in minerals, so it is not suitable for drinking and does not have the usual taste of tap water; bottled mineral water is provided for drinking. The main house has 3 bedrooms, plus an annex apartment with an additional bedroom. Once a week, a designated person will handle exterior maintenance of the property.
