Villa Tres Mares - Extraordinary accommodation.

The Place - Villa Tres Mares is a hand selected villa made for families and people who want to take a quality time off in a beautiful part of this world. Construction of this amazing home has been only completed in summer 2023. The villa is within 20 minutes walking distance to the well-known La Barossa beach or a short drive to one of the best beaches; Spain has to offer.

The Location - The home is located in a prime residential area, which is a quiet spot in town. Sancti Petri is easily to reach via Seville Airport (1,50 mins drive) or Malaga airport (2,30 mins drive). The house is located opposite the National Park Bahia Cardiz.

The Space - Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home, garden, terrace and swimming pool. The villa has three bedrooms (master bed room with on-suite bathroom, second bedroom and third bedroom / teenager room with pull out bed and sofa bed which sleeps three youngsters). A fully equipped kitchen and barbeque is available for all designated chefs. The five meter high ceiling gives the space a lot of light and air. The villa has two full bathrooms and A/C throughout. The pool is accessible via the terrace and sun launchers are provided for the sun lovers. The electrical garage gate gives easy access by car.

Wonderful house with everything we needed. Great location for multiple activities or just staying at the house grilling and swimming. Would stay here again and the host was very informative and responsive whenever we needed to be in contact.

Peaceful stay in beautiful house & area

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in this well-equipped and located new house (which made a very nice shelter from the end of a major Europe-wide storm over our first 4 days!) Owner Glady was above & beyond helpful & caring. Nice selection of snalll local places (inc takeaway paella etc round the corner at Inga’s) and a pleasant walk up to old Sancti Petri or down to top of long Barossa beach & the start of all the main restaurants. There is a bus too and for anyone who chose not to hire a car, Cristina is available as an English-speaking taxi guide along the whole very beautiful natural park coast. Such beautiful low level houses & gardens all around - no concrete jungle! Ideal if you enjoy walking, kayaking, cycling etc in flatter area
