"Our room was clean and this is a short walk to the Calzada, which takes you to the convent at one end and the iglesia at the other, more or less. The staff is charming and friendly and speak English, for the most part. The pool is pretty cold, but a welcome relief after a hot day. The town of Valladolid is a must see, and staying here is a good way to experience the town. The “free breakfast” could be improved slightly, but the coffee is good. "
"Did not like the location it’s not a great area. Rooms are ok the shower in both of our rooms flooded so bad that the water was coming outside the bathroom. I talked to the people in reception about it and they looked very surprised that I was complaining about that. They after to put a towel at the shower door so the water wouldn’t come out but I told them that’s not going to stop the flood so they sent a maintenance guy to check it out and he said that there’s nothing he can do because the reason why that was happening it was because the shower floor did not have enough inclination to the drain and he knew that. He just went to check it out so it looked like they were trying to fix the problem when they clearly knew it was not fixable. The receptionist after us to change rooms after she talked to management but I asked her if the other rooms did not have this problem with the shower and she said they all do so I told her what is the point in moving. Stuff is not welcoming, attentive or knowledgeable. I do not recommend this place to anyone."
"Room 1504 the room need attention, have a fake closet, simple box, this room used to have a balcony and was transform for closed you can see the outside light inside the closet, look very bad horrible "
"We very much enjoyed our stay! The front desk people were great and we LOVED the location. Our room was comfortable, quiet, spacious and safe.
The courtyard and pool was a lovely little oasis. My only suggestion would be to ask the hotel to add a ladder into the pool (for us older folks with arthritic knees).
Great value and a lovely hotel."
