Nuestra experiencia en Hotel Las Farolas fue simplemente excelente. Desde el momento en que llegamos, el servicio fue impecable: el personal siempre amable, atento y dispuesto a ayudar con una sonrisa. El hotel está hermosamente cuidado, muy limpio y organizado. Las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas y súper acogedoras, perfectas para descansar después de caminar por la ciudad. Todo se siente muy bien mantenido y con ese encanto colonial tan especial de Antigua. El desayuno estuvo muy bueno, variado y fresco, y el servicio en el área del restaurante fue igualmente excelente. La ubicación es perfecta: está cerca de las principales atracciones y prácticamente se puede llegar caminando a cualquier lugar. Es ideal para disfrutar Antigua sin necesidad de transporte. Definitivamente es un lugar al que volveríamos y que recomendamos con total confianza.

Beautiful property with incredibly friendly staff. There is a convenient tienda right next to the property, and the walk down to the main square is short and easy. The location felt perfect for exploring Antigua. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic, and the coffee is the perfect start for your adventure into the city. I will absolutely stay here again on my next visit.

Absolutely lovely place. Beautiful, comfy beds, great terrace. The food was our favorite meal of the trip. Noel, great waiter, made us feel like we were at home. Will be back.

This is definitely one of the best hotels in Antigua, Guatemala. It's such a lovely setting, the ambiance, the amenities, the room, all wonderful. Friendly and courteous staff make you feel at home. A bonus is that you can park your car before you check in, and everything is within walking distance, which saves the hassle of finding parking around Antigua, which can be quite challenging. I definitely recommend staying here!

I recently stayed at Hotel El Carmen and overall had a really good experience. The staff honestly made the whole trip—they were so friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything. The room was very clean and comfortable, which I appreciated. At one point the showerhead broke, but they came and fixed it right away with no hassle, so everything stayed smooth. One of my favorite parts was the view—the volcano was absolutely beautiful, and we could even see smoke coming from it. That alone made the stay feel special. The food was a bit hit or miss. Breakfast was great and dessert was definitely a highlight, but dinner wasn’t my favorite. The drinks also weren’t very strong, which was a little disappointing. That said, the staff really made this place stand out for me. Their energy and hospitality were the best part of the whole experience, and I’d still come back because of that.
