I liked the location closed to the lake and many restaurants. The installations of the hotel were clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. I recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Panajachel.

Just 1 of the waiters had a preference to serve better the euro american custumers. When i asked for the same drink in a bottle he replied by saying no glass containers near the pool which is safer but them were getting glass bottles so he had no choice but to give the same sarvice but he wasn't ...
