All of the staff we talked to were extremely kind and helpful. We had something sent to the room twice. Both times the items arrived within 10 minutes. Sentral Michigan Avenue
The walls in the room had scuff marks and smudges. The towel bar was broken, toilet seat was loose, worn cabinets, and an imprint from a person who punched the refrigerator door. The hotel seemed like a low income housing complex!
