父がお世話になりました。設備も充分でコンビニも近くとても満足しておりました。駐車場も無料で大変助かりました。道がわからず電話で相談した際には丁寧に誘導してくださり、外まで出てきてくださり駐車場も案内してくださったとのことでした。本当にありがとうございました。

無料朝食がとてもよく、大浴場もある点が気に入りました。ただ、大浴場のお湯はぬるくなったら、蛇口からお湯を足して調整する様で、あまり人が入らない時間なのか行ったところ、前の前のお客さんがぬるいと行って出てきて、前のお客さんがお湯を出しながら入って、私の上がるころにややぬるめとなるので注意です。サウナもあったので、そちらで温まりました。千葉からバス移動の必要がありますが、千葉駅近くの高めのホテルより充実していると思います。

良かった所として、朝食のバイキングが美味しいかった。それに2日の連泊で宿泊しましたがメニューが一部ですが前日と違う物が出て来て連泊の宿泊者を飽きさせない努力があった。他には浴槽の使用者をフロントで管理しているのでセキュリティは上々でした。気になった所として、大浴場のシャワーの水圧が弱い、SDGSに準えて紙スリッパ使用なのでしょうが、紙なので滑り易く階段の滑り止め部分でも滑るので危ない。完全に自分の不注意が原因ですが、非常階段の出口で転んで手首を怪我した。後は好みの問題ですが、ベットが非常に柔らかく寝にくかったです。枕はビジホでよく使われるような柔らかいものでした。

急なトラブルが発生しお電話で相談した所、とても親切に対応してくださいました。全体的にスタッフの方の対応は非常に良いと思います。お部屋はツインでしたが、テレビ台以外にテーブルのようなものがあるといいなと思いました。

蛇口からの水漏れ

蛇口がきちんと閉まらず、常に水が垂れていました。そのため、水が垂れる角度によって、洗面にあたる時音が発生し、眠れなかった。喫煙可としたが、臭いがきつく、芳香剤を購入し過ごしました。

大浴場があり朝食も充分美味しくコスパ良いです。残念なのが、部屋が暑かったです。部屋の温度設定ができなく、窓も開かないので、フロントへ2度も部屋温度を下げる要望をしました。

I.C.近くの格安快適なホテルです。

穴川I.C.から近くとても便利な場所にあります。フロントの対応がとても良く部屋も広めで清掃が行き届いており快適でした。またバイキングの朝食も美味しくいただきました。また泊まらせていただきます。

駐車場が敷地内に無料なのは魅力的だった。部屋は清潔だがやや古さを感じる。大浴場があるのも良かった。だだし、時間で男女交代で利用なので1日は利用時間外で使えなかった。
