***DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU HAVE ASTHMA***My first room was supposed to be a non-smoking room, but the bathroom smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. The next morning my eyes were dried out and my throat and lungs felt terrible. Plus, the air conditioning unit barely worked. It felt like 85 degrees when it was turned down to 60 degrees fahrenheit. It was hot and uncomfortable. The next morning I informed the front desk about the smoke, and they were willing to switch my room, which we did. The next room smelled heavily of cleaners in the morning, so I thought it would be okay, but when I returned in the evening, it also smelled like cigarette smoke. On top of that, the air conditioning unit did not work at all. It was extremely hot since it got up to 93 degrees that day. During the night the room next to mine was up all night long doing something that seemed off. It didn't feel very safe to me. The next morning when I went to check out, I let them know that that room smelled like smoke as well. They did not seem to care at all since I was leaving. The location is really convenient, but I will never stay here again nor would I recommend it to anyone. There is a $300 dollar fine for smoking, but they do not seem to enforce it.

全体的にみて価格を考えれば許容出来る。 気をつけなければいけないのは、部屋のポットは保温のみ。電気ポットではないのでお茶やコーヒーを淹れたい場合は建物内に複数配置されているウォーターサーバーから持ってくる必要があること。 あと、防音のレベルは低め。またwifiは遅く、立地の問題かモバイル回線の電波も弱いので動画などを観ようとするとストレスが発生することが有る。 ただし、スタッフのホスピタリティは不満がないレベルなので金額をみたうえで、個々の受容レベルでの判断になると思う。

駅に近いのは便利だが、安いなりの内容

特に問題は無かったですが、設備が古く、周囲に安いホテルが沢山あるので、敢えてここを選ばなくてもと思いました。 部屋のドアがオートロックなのですが、上手くドアが閉まっておらず、気が付くとドアが空いていることがあるので、閉まっているか、よく確認が必要です。

史上最可怕的住宿經驗

住過這麼多飯店第一次寫差評。 服務人員的服務及態度都很好，但飯店內的環境整潔及舒適度真的需要改善。上樓後電梯門一打開，走到地毯髒到不行…進房後房間空間很小，熱水壺上有灰塵、水溝，整體給的感覺就是髒髒舊舊…冬天冷氣開到22度還不會冷，浴室洗澡的水壓太小，出水量少到根本無法使用，用洗手台的水龍頭勉強著用，卻發現冒出許多黑屑（附圖）。至櫃檯告知後服務人員協助了換房，但因已在原本房間洗過澡，換房後測試水壓及水龍頭無碎屑後覺得沒問題後就算了。 凌晨參加路跑後返回飯店想洗澡才發現無熱水，可是已剩一小時就要退房就不再請服務人員處理。但這個住宿經驗真的很差，除了寵物友善和服務人員的態度很好之外，真的完全不想給任何一顆星…，如果沒有帶寵物，這個房價可以去住更好的地方。 （房內無冰箱，但櫃檯可以提供冰東西的服務）

可怕的住宿體驗

非常不推薦，入住後5分鐘內一直跳電，請櫃檯人員來處理，雖然服務態度很好，但仍然還要再請機電維修人員過來處理，在沒有燈光及冷氣的房間中呆了半個多小時狀況才解決。 有提出是否能換房但回覆是客滿狀態，由於已經是晚上10點多再尋找新房間也不方便，只能接受。 浴室洗澡時必須切到全冷才會有冷水，開到中間也都是全熱容易燙傷。 雖是雙人房，但空間沒有行李架，20吋的行李箱還必須放在桌上。走道空間極小，沒有冰箱、沒有熱水壺及早餐。 空間到處都是灰塵，地毯亦是有明顯可見的灰塵！ 非常不推薦。

洗澡時水壓不足水量極，冷熱水不均勻，不是極冷就是極熱，幾乎無法洗澡，後來用洗手台冷水免強洗完澡，雖服務人員態度不錯也有馬上幫忙解決，但其實解決後水量一樣很小很難洗澡，整體住宿體驗不佳

整體來說是個適合休息的地方， 優點是鬧中取靜， 地點離文化夜市10分鐘路程， 美術館也算近， 但相對舒適度可能沒有那麼的好， 比較令我訝異的是早餐以為已經附在住宿費裡，結果是沒有含早餐（第一份100元，第二份以上每人50元） 整體服務親切不錯！

We stayed in two hotels in Chiayi and this one was much better in terms of cleanliness and service. Would recommend. The room included water bottles, towels, shampoo etc. The breakfast was good, there was only one option for the hot breakfast but toast (with various spreads: peanut butter, chocolate, butter etc.) was also available and tea/coffee.
