  • The “1890” Deluxe Room offers 20 sqm of space for up to 2 guests. Enjoy private comforts such as high-speed Wi-Fi ideal for video calls, Smart TV, air conditioning, minibar, espresso machine, and kettle. The spacious ensuite bathroom features both a shower and a whirlpool bath for maximum relaxation during your stay.



    The accommodation is on the second floor of a historic Art Nouveau villa, a protected cultural heritage site. There is no elevator, so you will need to climb a grand semicircular marble staircase of exceptional architectural quality.



    We do not have private parking, but you can park your car for free or for a fee on nearby streets. Upon request, additional services such as linen change, extra cleaning, and airport transfers are available for an extra fee.

    On one of the most renowned avenues in Chiavari’s historic center, just 200 meters from the sea, "l'Americano Luxury Rooms" welcomes you in a splendid Art Nouveau villa protected by the Ministry of Cultural Heritage for its historical and artistic value. The name comes from the story of this unique residence, built in 1890 by brothers Francesco and Giovanni Canepa with the profits from a thriving business started in Chile, where they had emigrated decades earlier. Many locals crossed the ocean seeking fortune; the luckiest returned and built their lavish homes on viale Millo, earning the nickname “the Villas of the Americans.” The three double rooms, overlooking private, non-accessible gardens, offer refined hospitality that honors the villa’s elegance and history.
