"The hotel felt very safe.Our room had a great view of the city. We especially enjoyed the 5th floor lounge/restraunt. Mary was very helpful and courteous when we had our breakfast. It was also convenient for us to get tea and snacks during the day. Our family of 3 also enjoyed massages at the spa. We look forward to returning to the hotel in the future. "

"It's a beautiful lush property, walking distance from the center and the river. They're very helpful with arranging transport to the airport or anywhere. The restaurant is very nice and they have an outside bar by the pool that's open at night for coffee, drinks and snacks.They've done some refurbishing to the rooms, they're simple and clean with great AC and wifi. I've stayed there a number of times through the years and it's always been a wonderful retreat in Chiapa de Corzo!"
