My trip was done and I spent a night here before going back home. It’s close to the airport and they have a shuttle which you can book when you checkin. Staff are awesome, and very efficient. The food is so good and very affordable. Do not miss going to the spa because it crowns it all. If you want a quiet nice vibe, this is the place to go. Breakfast had many options and it’s a buffet. I truly recommend this place if you need a chill and away place from the city.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel in the heart of vibrant, bustling Chinatown. We love that an old building with a lot of history was given new life as a luxury hotel. The staff was very professional and helpful. The King Suite was divine. The Red Rose restaurant on the ground floor had delicious food and a long list of cocktails, although a bit expensive compared to other places in Bangkok. They had live musical performances there every night. The entire interior was a feast for the eyes. We especially loved the traditional stringed instrument performance with tea time on Friday.

Breakfast staff wa excellent

The room was spacious, very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The buffet breakfast was excellent value and the staff were friendly and professional. Located very close to BTS and airport link.

I stayed for 4 nights with my mum and my brother, in May 2026, room was very clean and big enough for three of us. All the staffs are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good, a lots of varieties and new menu each day. Air-conditioning is “BIG NO “for us, set up in 25 & 26 Degrees and cannot reset for any lower, very disappointed. I have previously visits a few times to Bangkok, never had an experience with Air Conditioning issue, I’ve been complained to them about three or four times to this issue and they told me some “ice frozen issue” in their machine and will be good in an hour but never solved the problem. Over all for my experience I will not go back to this hotel, ONLY because an air conditioning problem.
