We booked for a big family gathering. Staff are really nice and accommodating. Restaurant staff was above and beyond and so kind to our kids. Nice big family room. We will be back again.

A great stay!!!
What a great stay! Rooms were so spacious and comfortable. The staff were incredibly accommodating. We had to check out extremely early on our last day due to catching a flight and they provided a breakfast bag lunch for us without us making any request. Excellent all around!

Desde que hicimos la reserva recibimos enseguida mail con toda la info y contactos del hotel. Al llegar hicimos el check in rapidisimo y si bien llegamos antes del horario, nos dieron uno de los dos cuartos. Todo muy limpio y en excelentes condiciones. El desayuno excelente y el personal muy amable. Te prestan bicis con las que podes recorrer los alrrededores. Esta muy bien ubicado.

If this property is available for your dates book it immediately. I was here for about two weeks, and had nothing but positive things to say about it. Sparkling clean rooms and areas, quieter at nighttime. 155 restaraunts and cafes within easy access, and walkability across the river by bridge is no problem! Lower levels of demand for Bolt/Grab rides drives down the transportation costs significantly.

Quiet and safe...200m away (3mins) is diy washing machine shop. Enjoy slow walk abt 15mins to Night Bazzar. Nearby hv 1 famous pad thai shop (8mins walk), shop do graphic works, one restaurant next to hotel (2mins) Staffs help alot on some enquiries

This is a small beautiful property. It is a bit out of the way. Your room will be clean and the staff is very helpful. The walls are very thin. You will hear people yelling from the pool, hallway and next door. The beds are very hard. This was not a bad place at all for the money though.

Review the booking platform first.
This hotel was just fine. The purpose of this review is to review hotels.com. Before you book on this platform, take a look at a user driven ratings system such as consumeraffairs.com. I mean, you look at tripadvisor to research the properties, why not spend some time looking at the booking platform also. Here is the gist of it: 15 of the most recent reviews have given hotels.com a one star rating. The other two gave it a two star rating. Think about that. Our experience with hotels.com is very consistent with these ratings.

First and foremost, we had fabulous service through our stay that made for a very easy and memorable trip. We are adventurers and the staff was extremely helpful in facilitating these. They were friendly and had a true interest in our experience being good. Their English was fantastic. Our only minor wish was that the hotel was a bit closer to town, but it was not difficult at all to get to town by taxi (and cost only about $1-2 each trip). You can also walk. The breakfast was delicious!! Pool very nice!!!

Great hotel
We had an overall great stay. It’s a cute little boutique hotel. It’s owned by a family, and the cousins who ran it were more than accommodating. The room was comfortable and clean. It was a bit far from the tourist attractions, but it was easy to take Grab from there. We would definitely stay there again.

We started our 28 day visit in Thailand with the first 5 days at Villa Sanpakoi. We are now two weeks into our trip and we find ourselves comparing every hotel to our stay at Villa Sanpakoi. It was hands down our favorite accommodations! The staff was stellar, the room was impeccably clean and the breakfast was delicious. Everything and everyone associated with this property were top notch! If we were to visit again, we will stay at Villa Sanpakoi!

I could not have chosen a better hotel to stay in. It is newly remodeled with a beautiful pool. The staff is phenomenal! Two of us got sick from food we ate in the previous city and the staff brought us porage and sprite. They also checked on us periodically during the day to see if we needed anyrhing. They were very helpful with transportation into downtown Chiang Mai. This hotel is a quite spot for families to enjoy away from the thick of the crowd. And you feel very safe. When you visit you must stay at this hotel.

Fantastic!!
We loved our stay at Villa Sanpakoi!! The hotel is not too big which was perfect and we loved the style of the rooms and the pool area. The location is a little outside of the city center, but still very easy to get to by motorbike or taxi, a short drive or long walk. The hotel also has free bikes you can borrow at anytime. Breakfast was great as well, nice spread of both Western and Thai options. The service was also amazing and what really made our stay special. We were greeted pretty much every time we came back and asked how our day was, which made us feel cared for by the staff. One morning the manager even greeted me by name when I walked in for breakfast, which really impressed me and showed the staff were going out of their way to make our stay special and comfortable. 10/10 would come back and would recommend this hotel to friends!

Wonderful hotel, would recommend to everyone!
Amazing stay! My family all loved it here. The staff was the best, so helpful and courteous and went over and above to be of service and help. There were lots of staff who spoke English and many spoke it well. The rooms were large and spacious, clean and well kept as was the rest of the hotel. Always saw staff around taking care of things. The pool was awesome, big and clean and the saltwater pool was nicer for us than the normal chlorinated hotel pools. The breakfasts were excellent. There is a very nice selection set out buffet style and eggs to order and it was all delicious. They didn’t do everything in huge batches but often checked and would put out fresh additions quickly. My whole family enjoyed our stay so much that we all recommended to our friends we talked to. There is not too much around the hotel, we did walk to a local market 10 minutes down the street. But it is not too far away, it was easy to get a cab and inexpensive. They did have bicycles for use but sadly we didn’t get the chance to try them out. This was a really great hotel, it felt like a high end hotel with great customer service.

This little gem is a “must stay” if you are traveling to Chiang Mia. Rooms are simple and very comfortable but It is the staff at this villa that really set it apart. They go out of their way to ensure you have what you need. We asked for recommendations on a few tours and they provided unbiased information. Everyone is friendly and very accomidating. Love the bikes that are available for guest use. Excellent value for your money.

Brilliant stay in December
We stayed in this villa for 4 nights in December 2018. This villa is small and therefore not many other guests around. Very quiet area. Very spacious room and bathroom. We stayed on ground floor room by the pool. Service was excellent, staff very nice, always try to help and sort out any problems. Pool was very clean and sun loungers comfortable. Food was very nice an affordable. The only suggestion would be more variety for breakfast options. Also, the bikes that come as complementary option, were broken and none could be used, so I would suggest getting new bikes. Other than that, we definitely enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend! thank you and good luck, Villa Sanpakoi! :)

The staff was incredibly nice and friendly and so so helpful. The hotel itself is a little off the beaten path, but so worth it! It’s about 20-30 minutes from Old City. Best place we stayed our whole trip.

Sanpakoi villa - little gem hotel
Fantastic boutique hotel. Excellent friendly and efficient staff. Rooms and pool area very clean, sun beds, towels and umbrellas all provided. Rooms cleaned daily and toiletries replenished. Great location to explore chiang mai all within walking distance. Highly recommended - this hotel is far better than its official rating. Would return with no hesitation.

　深夜着の連絡をメールしていたので、11時着でもフロントスタッフが待っていてくれた。通常は午後10時までらしい。三つ星？だが、スタッフのサービスは素晴らしい。初日は寝るだけの安い部屋、翌日からプールビューのデラックスルームにグレードアップしていたが、初日からデラックスルームを使用させてくれた。ルームキーで電気がつくので、エアコンが入ってないことだけ残念。アメニティも十分で、市街地から遠いので静か。移動は自転車が借りられる。レンタルバイクもあります。

5つ星以上をつけたい宿です。綺麗で部屋も広く可愛らしく落ち着いたヴィラです。周辺も静か。 近くにORBという自然豊かなおしゃれなレストランがあります。 市場が徒歩10分くらいの場所にあります。 ターペー門からは離れてますが、100バーツくらいです。 観光にはGrabを使うとどこにでもいけます。帰りはトゥクトゥクに乗って帰ることもできます。 何より安くて、このクオリティの宿に泊まれるなんて最高です。 また戻ってきたいです。

如果你喜歡寧靜的氣氛 可選擇這邊的住宿 比較起清邁古城及尼曼區 這邊很適合休息 唯獨附近的便利店比較遠 以及如果早餐能夠熱一點 就更好 職員的態度非常親切友善 時常保持笑容 及樂於幫助住客
