Great place to return

Super location, big room above the reception, wooden structure with a character, clean n tidy, could be noisy during breakfast time, but no complaint at this price, not all staff are friendly and helpful but the young man Nong made our stay pleasant

Poor condition, cold shower, poor service

Paper thin walls, you can hear everything thats going on outside. The shower was cold/barely warm. The staff member wasn’t interested in looking into this and asked me to check again. The room was in a bad condition. Old dirty walls. Only good thing is the location. My advice is to avoid this place and book a modern clean hotel.

I would not recommend this hotel. There’s no sound proofing at all. You can hear the neighbors conversations through the walls word to word. The shower is hit and miss with the hot & cold water. During the shower, bathroom/toilet floors get flooded and the water sits there for hours. People smoke right outside the rooms and the smoke goes inside. The customer service needs better attention and requires more respect for the guests. The reception person had a very loud phone conversation at night, with no concern of all the guests disturbance.

全般的にはいいのですが、朝食をいただくのがテラス席なのですが、蚊が10匹以上寄ってきて、落ち着いて食べている状況じゃありませんでした。チェンマイを街歩きして蚊を気にしてませんでしたが、ホテルは木が多く湿気も多いので蚊がたくさんなのだと思います。あとは、オーナーさんなのか女性の方は、もう少し愛想よく対応してもいいと思います。

시끄럽고 모기가 너무 많아서 힘듬

친절한 주인과 훌륭한 위치. 모기가 너무 많아서 모기장 안치면 잘수가 없음. 정원이 마치 정글 수준으로 진짜 모기 너무 많음. 시설이 너무 오래되서 방음이 전혀 안됨. 외부 소음이 정말 미칠 지경임.

É a melhor opção na cidade!

É uma pousada no meio do mato no coração da Cidade Velha. É toda cercada de arvores, arbustos e flores. Mas com isso há muitos insetos também. A localização é perfeita e os funcionários são extremamente atenciosos.
