Front desk person was in a loud conversation with her dad -need to improve communication techniques; They didn’t have our address and Tele on file from Expedia Room was good and comfortable -really liked lazy boy chair

This place had visible grime on all cabinets and on a table in the room. There was hair still in the shower. The towel holder was very dusty. All areas that should be cleaned after every single guest. There were people in the hallway making noise until 3:00am. There were homeless people outside looking into cars. I would avoid if you like clean spaces and a good night of sleep. Photos are deceiving. Stay at the Fairfield across the way for only a little bit more money. Not worth it AT ALL.

Like the simplicity of this place, I like that the whole room is not carpet, I hate carpet in motels, it’s so gross.

First room had not been cleaned. Toilet was nasty, food in refrigerator, not vacuumed, etc Changed rooms and the second room was not much better. It was dirty also, no toiletries, had not been vacuumed, trash in cans, etc. Would not stay again, terrible. Don’t judge all My Place Hotels by this location. Some are very well managed and clean.

My room was not as clean as other hotels I stayed at during my travels. My sheets had blood stains, there was hons of hair hidden in the shower curtain and the tops of dressers were not cleaned. It was gross. The hotel appeared to look nice but the lack of cleaning details was disappointing.

The room itself was fine, but the walls were very thin and I could hear the guy at the front desk and his barking dogs most of the night. I barely slept because of it.

Short staff. Toilet hadn’t been cleaned. I was there 4 days and never saw maid service.

This place was perfect! A truly great value. More spacious and accommodating than your standard hotel but also cheaper! Will definitely be booking with this chain regularly.

Squirrel cage in wall heater/air conditioner unit had a loud rattle when it turned on and it would run for a few minutes then it would go off. This happened all night, we were too tired from our long drive to request another room. When we checked out the following morning we told the desk and they said they knew about it. Hotel wasn’t full so not sure why they would have put us in that room to begin with. Hotel was clean otherwise and beds very comfortable.

This was a great option for us to stop at for the nice while moving cross country with two cats. Good sized room with kitchenette, comfy beds and friendly staff.

Checked in. Went to the room. The room is half cleaned…bed made. Looking around the room….trash, left over food, coffee in the pot & used towels piled by the tubImmediately got a refund & left. You get 1 chance to make a first impression. Staff did nothing to keep me there.
