"What a find. My partner and I spent three nights in mid August. Talk about an undersell! The pictures and property description while accurate, simply do not capture the charm and warmth of this cabin. It was so homey, and comfortable. It reminded me of the cabins of my youth. It was everything a lake cabin should be. I've stayed in many rentals over the years that felt like a downtown loft or suburban home transplanted to a lake - so much subway tile and greige. The vibe of Meg and Wes' cabin is warm and full of character. The art and furnishing are *chef's kiss*.The kitchen was extremely well stocked, you could cook just about any meal here. The beds were comfy and the deck felt like an outdoor living room with an unobstructed view of beautiful Sacheen Lake instead of a television. The lake itself was quiet and peaceful. I have no doubt that I will book again. This was a stellar booking and two wonderful, communicative, and helpful hosts to boot! "

"Wonderful property with spectacular views. Quiet and cozy. Cottage has amenities above and beyond expectations with adequate snacks, morning beverages, dishes, games, and comfy bedding. We spotted elk, deer, turkey, and bunnies on the property and loved watching the sunrise and moonrise above the valley mountains. Property is the most dog friendly property we have visited. We kept our pup on leash as he would have run off in the sunset with a bunny he spotted, but they do allow dogs off leash at the discretion of the owner. Close to town, but far enough out to forget you are near conveniences. Highly recommend this property and not only would we happily return. I have recommended the property to family and friends. Can’t wait to return!"
