When we visit Bacalar again we will definitely stay here again. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and the bed was comfortable. Beautiful rooftop terrace with hammocks and loungers to look out over the blue water. Breakfast was very good as well. We would highly recommend this hotel.

I have no idea how any of this went because the hotel never got my reservation from Expedia. We drove 5 hours from Cancun only to be told that we didn’t have a hotel room. The staff was rude and unhelpful and basically said it wasn’t their problem. We had to scramble to find another room at 9p while being exhausted from a 17 hour day of travel.

Nunca se hospeden aqui

No nos dejaron hospedarnos, ya teníamos reservación, pero ellos dijeron que NO TRABAJAN CON HOTELES .COM solo trabajan con booking, fueron muy groseros y viendo los comentarios al parecer a alguien le pasó lo mismo el año pasado, fue muy vergonzoso para mi y mi familia, además de tener que buscar un hotel donde hospedarnos a esa hora hotel por hotel. Nos compensaron con 1,300 pesos, como si eso compensara la pérdida de tiempo y la vergüenza con la familia.

Excelente atención y servicio, llegué un poco antes y al ser temporada baja pudieron entregarme una habitación, lo que me permitió tomar un tour temprano que en el mismo hotel tenía. (Empresa ajena al hotel) pasaron por nosotros y nos regresaron

Mienten. Resulta que no trabajan con expedia y que nuestra reservación no existía. También mienten sobre sus trabajadores, llamamos al hotel para confirmar nuestra reservación y nos atendió Tanya, al siguiente día Tanya no existe. Checamos que el teléfono de la recepción fuera el mismo y en efecto lo era. El personal tiene una actitud terrible y las instalaciones están mal cuidadas. La señora de la recepción nos dijo que ni modo y que buscáramos otro hotel. Que falta de respeto. No hagan reservaciones aquí ya que más opiniones muestran mismas experiencias. Hasta otros hoteles saben sobre lo que hace el Sun Ha.

El hotel esta descuidado, la piscina a medio llenar con evidente falta de mantenimiento. El primer dia q llegamos no funcionaba el aire acondicionado. Nos pidieron un taxi para regresar al aeropuerto con una tarifa fija y al llegar resulta que debiamos pagar mucho más. Es una lástima, Bacalar es precioso pero en general dejan muy mala experiencia

Excelente hotel a 50 mts de la alguna. Enfrente un rest de gran calidad. Te dan toallas para alberca o para la laguna. Desayuno EXCELENTE Grátis en la mañana, solo que dura 1 1/2 de 8 a 9:30 am Teníamos una habitación y por $ 300.00 pesos más nos dieron una MAS gde

Un hotel con una excelente ubicación, a dos cuadras del centro, y cruzando el camellón está el muelle aserradero, es público. Desayuno incluido muy rico, las habitaciones cómodas y modernas. Personal muy amable y atento.
