The girl in the front desk was amazing. She was very knowledgeable and attentive to our every needs. She gave us alot of information of where to go and what to do so we could enjoy Bacalar. It was an amazing place, the property was great. We gad everything we needed there on grounds.

If you wanna stay on the lake this is not the place! This hotel isn’t on “a white sand beach”. Lake very hard to access with lots of restrictions. Pool not super clean and falling apart. Over priced for what you get. We left a day early to find a place with better water access.

Lugar bastante bonito.

El lugar es bastante bonito, tal cual como las imágenes. El servicio de recepción es excelente, muy amables y limpias las instalaciones. Reservé dos habitaciones y una de ellas el baño tenía mal olor, solo eso! Aún así lo recomiendo y podría regresar a éste establecimiento.

El agua está helada, y para que salga caliente te dicen que tienes que dejarla correr, lo cual hace que se desperdicie demasiada agua si alguno de los huéspedes lo hace. También me tocó que uno de los baños que tienen por el restaurante estaba completamente sucio, y no funcionaba.

No tenían mi reservación. Me dijeron que mandaron un mail ellos directamente cancelándome y nunca recibí ese correo. Por parte de Expedia no recibí ningún tipo de aviso. Expedía decía que mi reservación estaba bien y así no era por parte del hotel. Lamentablemente la opción que me dio el hotel fue darme una habitación más cara. Y cobrármela aparte de la reservación de expedía.

The property was clean and the staff was nice. The room however smelled of sewage. There is probably an issue with the plumbing. The room and washroom were open concept. As the doors did not have a screens on it we could not open the doors for fresh air as there were a lot of mosquitoes.

El lugar es bonito, cuenta con alberca, no tiene acceso a la laguna y tampoco tienen convenio con algun beach club. No me gustó que el WC no tiene puerda por lo tanto no hay provacidad. todo lo demas muy bien

Frustración de un descanso

Muy mal,las cabañas muy bien pero es un complejo de 10 cabañas donde habíamos 3 ocupadas,reservamos 3 noches y en la última recibimos una llamada de extorsión con amenaza de entrar al hotel y nos estaban observando,el lugar no cuenta con ninguna seguridad,sólo había una persona para cuidar y atender el lugar,el dueño quien está todos los días en el hotel en las mañanas nunca llegó al lugar ya q pedimos auxilio de la Policía y tuvimos q abandonar el lugar por falta de seguridad nosotros y otros huéspedes,no lo recomiendo ya q a habido una serie de asaltos en bacalar del mismo tipo q nos pudo haber pasado ,pero con amenaza de muerte y sin ninguna seguridad y sin importancia del dueño o encargado del hotel

The place is beaurtiful! The staff is very nice and polite. The breakfast menu has different and very tasty options. We had dinner one night and the problem was since they don´t have a printed menu we were surprised with one of the dishes price

L’hotel est très joli mais l’accueil un peu froid. Il ne manquerait qu’un bouilloire pour se faire un café, un mini frigo, un coffre pour que tout soit parfait. Un magnifique séjour malgré tout.
