"Room was filthy and stained and all my hotels.com bookings showed I had a jacuzzi room and the lady at the front desk was rude about me asking about the room I was supposed to have."

The trash cans have not been emptied. I was tired enough. I didn’t wanna go down the complain. Just the maid didn’t finish cleaning the room, which is surprising."
