Dean C. was wonderful and great to meet. He runs a amazing ship here! This place is special and wonderful for any length of time. The secret spot is the Garden. You’ll have to see it to believe it. Because of that garden, I will never stay any place else in London!!!!!!! The staff is so nice. Every single person is so sweet. Anything you need they’re there for you at any moment. The the bar with egg whites, and gin… ask for it it’s the best you’ll be hooked. Breakfast in the morning downstairs is delicious! Remember to have lunch outside on the patio the pasta and prawns are delicious. The wine list is great. Thank you Rashmi and Maeva and Anthony and ten other people that treated me amazingly. I’m headed back there in about eight days. I’ll be staying three more nights and I’m looking so forward to it. By the way, it’s easy to get from Heathrow. You just take the Heathrow express to Victoria Station and then the green line tube straight to Earls Court and you could walk literally around the corner and it’s there. I usually take a Uber from the airport and it’s usually less than 25 pounds which is almost the same as the tube. Just a suggestion for you if you stay here. They have a convenient area right in front of the hotel where a cab can drop you off. Or Uber can pick you up easily. They have indoor parking too if you drive there. I stayed there for four nights while I’m business. And next week when I go back, I’ll be there with my lady.

Good hotel with a good location to Victoria Rail Station. Hard to access whilst construction work is ongoing. Hotel bar staff were not very attentive, serving another customer first, after taking our order. Hotel is not worth £300 a night on a weekday. Is simply too big for that price point (ie. not exclusive enough). Other than that, the hotel got the job done for a one night stay. Couldn't enjoy the included breakfast as did not start until 7am, we had to be on a train at that time. Earlier start to breakfast would be nice.

Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. This was my second time staying at this hotel and it won’t be my last. Perfect location and very comfortable room.

This hotel is superb in every way. Beautifully designed, Immaculately clean, very pleasant staff (apart from the blonde lady in the restaurant - I think she was called Simone, who needs to be more customer focused and helpful) and has a great attention to detail. Our breakfast was excellent and Mary ( I’m sorry I can’t recall your full name) was so kind and attentive - a real asset to the hotel. We opted to stay at this hotel as it’s so close to the National Theatre, where we’d booked to see ‘Pride’ and highly recommend - what a brilliant show! We loved all of the little touches at this hotel and the cocktails on the terrace are a must and we also enjoyed late night drinks at the bar and again, were well looked after by the bartenders. Food at the Grey Goose (part of the hotel) was really good (avoid the tiny green olives with stones though) and the extra large king prawn are tasty and gigantic! As I mentioned earlier, the breakfast was superb - a huge selection, eggs cooked fresh, delicious coffee brought to your table, good quality squeezed orange juice and lots of pastries and healthy options too. I’m not entirely comfortable about the optional 5% tip when checking out as this isn’t a cheap hotel, but we paid it as we’d thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
