Breakfast is included, not free. It does say on your check in letter and the confirmation letter that an automatic 20% gratuity applies. If you have concerns like this in the future, please bring them to our attention and we will gladly work something out as we want all of our guests to enjoy their time here at Friends Lake Inn.
