The room was very nice and spacious. Heated floors in the bathroom was a big plus! My room was quite and the bed is very comfortable.
Two negatives regarding this hotel. First, some of the staff seemed very snooty. Second, upon my check out, the attendant told me that I owed $300 "discretionary fee". When I told him that I was not informed of this when I checked in he told me that he would remove it. I am not sure if it was taken out of my incidental fee since it has not been credited to my card yet. This to me is very shady for the hotel to try to charge their guests.

Staff on reception lovely. When first entering the room the bedroom was clean but the sink looked like it had had coca cola tipped down it and not wiped down. Brown marks all over it.
