- Cozy cabin with sleeping capacity for 8 or more people and close to shopping and Lake Almanor. Look no further than this little gem in town close to shopping, restaurants and beautiful Lake Almanor. This unit is brand new Cavco Tiny Home/ Cabin and ready for memories. She comes in at just under 400 SF but has a ton of utility with the loft and high ceilings. Would be perfect for family with kids with the bunk room and a loft for hours of kid size fun. Walk to the feather river, lake almanor, or take a drive over to Lassen Volcanic Park only 30-minute drive. This is an awesome location for the recreation enthusiast without the crowds and traffic of Lake Tahoe.
