The 'River House' is a secluded sanctuary that offers inviting spacious living areas and two cozy bungalows. The Main House includes a great room with spectacular views of the Elk River and inter-coastal waterway, while two bungalows both offer more bedrooms and sun porches to enjoy the lovely breezes, views of the river and breathtaking sunsets. This is the perfect location for the multi family reunions, gatherings, and getaways. The ample grounds are ideal for wiffle ball, badminton, volleyball, horseshoes, and picnics. An intimate beach provides swimming, boating, and jet skiing, or just basking in the sun and napping in the hammock. There is excellent rock fish (striper) fishing or crabbing off the end of the 100 foot dock. In the evening, the kids can roast marshmallows in the fire pit and then pitch a tent and sleep under the stars. If you're looking for the perfect place for a guys weekend, a girls retreat, or a getaway for the whole family, you'll love the 'River House' !
