"I booked this trip to attend a concert with my daughter. In trying to confirm my reservation yesterday it was IMPOSSIBLE to get a human on the phone. After several calls we called the new reservation line and that person was not able to look at confirmed reservations???Really. Ended up staying at another hotel. Very poor customer service. At 11:30pm someone called to ask if I was still coming- NO!"

"Parking was the only worry sum. It eas very tight for our 2500 . Parking was only available on 2nd floor. Lots of parking for small trucks and cars. "

"I enjoyed a one night stay on a rainy September Saturday. The hotel was great. The building has been there for decades so it is old, but perfectly maintained, newer appliances and fixtures, immaculately clean. The room wasn't super big especially with two queen beds in, but big enough to shower sleep and chill. It's VB oceanfront so dozens of food beverage and shopping options within blocks. One block from the beach. Lots of convenience stores but only one full grocery store in the area and it's about three blocks away from this hotel so that was great. There's a small pool, barely any lobby to speak of or other common areas. Just a door to a balcony, the steps are outside as well but right next to the parking."

"This place is honestly better than expected. It's clean, towels are clean, and even the smoking rooms arent bad. I accidentally booked a smoking room but was able to just spray and the lingering smell was gone. Its a good location and fairly priced. Will stay again."

"We come twice every year and enjoy our stay here. It's quiet and walkable to our favorite restaurants. Although the parking lot is a little tight we enjoy the covered parking facilities. The staff are courteous and greet us whenever we see them throughout the hotel."
