"No AC in any of bedrooms. There is one Ac in TV room on top floor. Property is on a noisy road so you can’t open windows to bedroom. Host is difficult to reach. The electricity went out for an hour and we could not reach the host. No hot water. No restaurant nearby. Nothing to recommend about this place"

"The property manager, Faisal, was extremely helpful with any accommodations needed, and assisted with local foods, transportation, and even hand delivered breakfast to our room himself. Kerala is such a beautiful place, and the people there are all beautiful as well."

"Wonderfully built with lots of spaces to relax and chill.Pool,backwaters and beach are accessible and lots of activities are offered.They have a great spa and fitness centre but hardly anyone was using it.Evening tea by the poolside was very well laid out and plentiful.Food was good with plenty of choices.Very plush villa we stayed in which had a plunge pool and swing and indoor and outdoor showers.Our only issue was that they really discourage swimming in the sea which we were looking forward to and thought we could have."
